Our number one priority is the wellbeing and safety of our guests and colleagues, that’s why we have reviewed all our procedures and routines to ensure they meet all guidelines provided by the Government, WHO and Local Health Authority. 

We have chosen as a business not to fill our hotels with plastic screens, unsightly sanitiser dispensers and floor stickers. But we have adapted an easy to follow customer route and helpful tips to help you to stay safe. Our teams have had full training on how to ensure your safety and will work with you to ensure you have an enjoyable stay, without the word Covid 19 being plastered on every wall of the hotel. While these will be in place we will make sure you feel that the hotel is a normal as it can possibly be while maintaining and delivering the government guidelines

Enhanced Cleaning

  • High touch areas such as doors, remote controls, bathrooms, stair bannisters are disinfected at a higher frequency
  • Hand sanitiser stations and disposable gloves are available at the entrance of the hotel and at our reception desk
  • All tables, menus, chairs are cleaned at a higher frequency and after each guest vacates
  • The reception desk and entrance is cleaned at a higher frequency and after each guest has checked in/out
  • Loose items such as literature, pens, pads have been removed from bedrooms and meeting rooms

Social Distancing

  • We have increased the spacing between tables in the restaurant and our outdoor dining space
  • The maximum number of guests who can check in/check out at one time is reduced to one guest per reception desk. During peak times a host will assist in managing a queue with safe distance controls.  Travelling companions will be asked to wait in the lounge whist the lead guest checks into the hotel.
  • Additional signage is placed at the entrance of the hotel to remind all guests of the Government COVID-19 requirements regarding social distance and hygiene.


To ensure the safety of our guests and colleagues

  • Hand sanitising will be available on entry to the hotel and in all areas, and guest rooms along with anti virus soap.
  • We have put in measures to help Maintain social distancing and avoid congregating in reception areas, conference space and bars
  • We will be offering more in room service and a social distance garden area to help Avoid busy areas
  • We will encourage all to Wash hands frequently, to be kind and considerate and most of all be alert.

Our rooms will remain as comfortable and clean as they always have, but we have for your safety removed some soft furnishings, but during your stay if you require an extra cushion or any other item to make your stay comfortable, please ask.

Our reception desk is limited to one guest at a time. so please be patient if the reception desk is busy and we will call you over.

If you have a restaurant reservation or enquiry, please proceed directly to the Restaurant where our team will assist. Dinning in the Public areas will be restricted, but we extend our full offering to in room dinning.
