Wedding and Events Sales Executive

Solihull B93 Up to £23,000 a year – Full-time, Permanent

We have a great opportunity for an ambitious Sales Co-Ordinator to join our Sales team, you will be working within the sales team and responsible for ensuring the growth and development of the wedding, conference and events business. Actively contributing to driving sales, your role will involve reservations, responding to enquiries for conferences, weddings and events, coordinating all administrational requirements, communicating with event organisers and guests and liaising with the management team to ensure a seamless transition of information from the sales office to operations.

Housekeeping Assistant

Solihull B93 £8.50 – £9.50 an hour – Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our friendly Housekeeping Team. We have a fantastic Hotel with 48 luxury bedrooms. You will play an important role in maintaining the consistency of standards of our rooms and public areas. A friendly disposition and courteous manner are also essential for this role.

Contract available: 16hrs+ working between: 5am-1pm

Weekends 10hrs working between: 10:30am-3:30pm

25hrs+ working between: Mon-Fri 8am/9am-2pm and Sat-Sun 10:30am-3:30pm (5 days out of 7)

Must be available weekends, bank holidays, Christmas period.

Kitchen Porter

We are looking for a confident and experienced individual who can work within a busy kitchen environment to deliver quality and consistency. With an excellent reputation for our food and service, we need the right candidate to work with us to maintain and exceed customer expectations.

In this role you must undertake all duties as requested by Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and its equipment, to follow and maintain all procedures (HACCP, Health and Safety, COSHH and Food Safety Management) to the required standards to which training has been received.

The role requires an eye for detail, ability to follow directions clearly and accurately, a responsibility for first class hygiene standards and a solid commitment to the role.

Individuals should have previous experience in a high end establishment and be able to deliver cleanliness standards that are second to none.

We are looking for an Event Manager who has a high level hospitality background with Conference and Banqueting experience within a luxury hotel. Led by the Conference and Banqueting Manager, we are looking for somebody who has a warm and friendly and bubbly personality with a professional attitude and somebody who can lead their team by example and conduct training and deliver this to an exceptional standard.

We are seeking an experienced Night Porter to join the Operations team, working 32 hours per week, shift patterns 4 days on and 3 off, from 11pm – 7am. You will seamlessly anticipate guests needs and exceed expectations, solving in house guest issues quickly and efficiently, whilst adhering to all health and safety / fire procedures according to company policy.
