Friday 27th September: 5.30 – 6.30pm OR 7pm – 8pm
Join us and immerse yourself in nature’s beauty in a private sanctuary at Hogarths. Experience deep relaxation, where you can connect with nature, let go of your worries and welcome in new energy.
Sound healer Heidi Gerrard will guide you through a 60-minute sound bath using beautifully tuned quartz crystal singing bowls, angelic chimes, high quality gongs, Tibetan singing bowls and instruments with healing vibrations and finely tuned frequencies to aid deep relaxation.
The powerful vibrations will help you relax and let go of any stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns. Read below for more benefits of attending a sound bath.
What to bring with you:
Please bring a yoga mat.
This is an outdoor session so please bring a blanket to keep warm and a pillow/ cushion for your head should you wish.
Bring anything else that will make you feel warm and comfortable – allowing you to truly switch off for 60 minutes.
A bottle of water is advised.
